Wendy Wilflower, MA

Wendy currently serves as the Inclusion and Engagement Director at DHS for the Minnesota Department of Human Services. In this role she facilitates workshops and develops curriculum on a variety of topics, and gives coaching using the Intercultural Development Inventory. Previously she worked as the Education Program Manager for the University of Minnesota’s Office for Equity and Diversity. Wendy has led workshops around the world, including Rwanda, Uganda, and Nicaragua. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Intercultural Education.
