Patricia Izek is presently Director Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at the University of Minnesota Libraries. She is passionate about her current role where she works to highlight the areas of opportunity surrounding the issues of equity, inclusion, diversity, and accessibility. She partners with the Office for Equity and Diversity at the University and co-presents Addressing implicit Bias in the Search Process and Selection Processes workshop.
