Gina is owner of Revelation Road, a coaching and experiential training company.
She is known as a thought leader and for her intuitive and creative approach as a coach, facilitator, and trainer. Gina has 25+ diverse years in leadership, professional development, employee engagement, culture transformation, and learning design methodology.
Her two scopes of work intersect where people are seen, heard, and valued. Gina professionally coaches executives, human-centered leaders and individuals to tap into their personal resourcefulness and potential, in order to maximize their ability to grow and achieve results. She is on a mission to help more people live with purpose, make their impact, and define life on their terms.
Certified in Conversational Intelligence, a communication methodology based in neuroscience, she works with organizations to help them experience greater connection and shared success by elevating the quality of their conversations. She believes conversations are most powerful when they are used to create belonging, equity, and innovation.
Gina holds an ACC through the International Coaching Federation, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Michigan State University. Her professional coaching certification was earned through the Co-Active Training Institute.
Gina would tell you that one of the most meaningful acknowledgements she has received is being called a “people-whisperer” and for her ability to create courageous space for learning, growth, and transformation to take place. She resides in beautiful Knoxville, TN with her partner, John, and her dog, Ladybird.
